A young man named Kasuga lived in the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by stress. To escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, he would always have his smartphone in hand, immersed in social media and games. However, he gradually became mentally exhausted and could no longer sleep at night. He also began to suffer from frequent headaches and eye strain, and realized that he was exhausted both physically and mentally.

One day, Kasuga decided to return to his hometown for the first time in a long time. His family was farmers and lived in a place surrounded by wide fields and beautiful mountains. When Kasuga returned home, he felt his heart gradually heal as he was touched by the warmth of his family and the beauty of nature.


His grandfather taught him the importance of planting trees in Kasuga. "Growing trees is


It's the same as raising yourself," his grandfather told him. Kasuga was inspired by these words and became interested in agriculture.


From the next day, Kasuga started helping out with the farm work with his grandfather. Every day, he was able to let go of his smartphone, touch the soil, and watch the trees grow. It was a fresh and fulfilling experience for him. Waking up early in the morning, breathing in the fresh air, and working while listening to the birds singing was a joy he couldn't experience in the city.


After a few months, Kasuga's mind and body became incredibly healthy. He was able to smile again and sleep soundly at night. Having discovered the joys of farming, his dreams for the future began to change. Rather than returning to work in the city, he decided to continue farming in his hometown.



Kasuga and his grandfather expanded the farm, adding more orchards and vegetable gardens, and he also collaborated with local people to launch a project to revitalize the village, teaching them that living in harmony with nature can help them stay healthy both physically and mentally.


The project was a great success, and many tourists began to visit the village. Kasuga conveyed to many people the wonderfulness of spending time in nature, and they too experienced healing. The village was full of energy, and the people were able to live happy lives while helping each other.


Kasuga learned firsthand how living in nature enriches the soul. He is now convinced that his choice was the right one. He seems like a different person from the time he was dependent on his smartphone.


His story teaches us who live in today's stressful society the importance of nature and mental health.


Kasuga's farm continues to provide healing to those who visit, and his heart is also filled with peace and tranquility as he spends his days surrounded by nature
